Sear them until golden brown, and they stay tender on the inside. They're perfect for both family dinners and festive occasions! Don't miss the chance to prepare this simple yet delicious dish! Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy the unforgettable taste of home cooking.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making meat patties. Peel and rinse the onion and garlic. Wash the egg and dry it.
- 2
Step 2

Place the ground meat in a bowl and crack an egg into it.
- 3
Step 3

Add breadcrumbs to the minced meat.
- 4
Step 4

Chop the onion and garlic any convenient way; I grate them on a grater.
- 5
Step 5

Season with salt and pepper. Add your favorite spices if desired.
- 6
Step 6

Mix everything well and let it sit for 20 minutes. If the mixture turns out too dry, add a little cold water to make it juicy, then beat the mixture until it becomes dense. To do this, gather the mixture in your hand, lift it above the bowl, and drop it back in. Repeat this 10-15 times until the mixture becomes elastic and uniform. This will make it easy to shape the patties, and they won't fall apart during cooking.

Step 7

Divide the minced meat into equal portions and, with wet hands, shape them into patties and coat in flour. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, and place the prepared patties in the pan.
- 8
Step 8

Cover the skillet with a lid and fry the meat patties on both sides until golden brown and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes per side over medium heat. Remove the skillet from the heat, transfer the patties onto individual plates or one serving platter, and serve.
- 9
Step 9

Meat patties are ready.
- 10
Step 10

Serve at the table.
