Chicken breast cutlets in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The patties turn out juicy, not dry, with a golden crust. If desired, you can add other spices, seasonings, minced vegetables, or fresh onion, dill, and parsley. If your children don't like carrots, simply exclude them from the ingredient list, but be sure to add onion. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the vegetables and rinse them together with the chicken breast. Pat everything dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the chicken breast and vegetables into pieces small enough to fit into the meat grinder tube. If you encounter any bones, tendons, or membranes in the chicken breast, remove them.
- 3
Step 3

Attach the fine grinding plate to the meat grinder and grind all the cuts, processing them into a bowl or salad bowl.
- 4
Step 4

Add universal seasoning, salt, and ground black pepper to the minced meat. You can also add other spices and seasonings.
- 5
Step 5

Beat a chicken egg, preferably a small one, so that the mince doesn't become too runny. If there is little mince, it's better to pour some of the egg white into a separate container first, then add the rest to the mince. Thoroughly mix all the contents of the container.
- 6
Step 6

Add the premium wheat flour and knead again. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes so the flour becomes stickier.
- 7
Step 7

Grease the parchment paper with vegetable or butter. Moisten your hands with water and shape the minced meat into round patty blanks. Choose the size to your liking: small or large. Place them on the paper.
- 8
Step 8

Place the patties on a baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. The cooking time of the patties directly depends on their size.
- 9
Step 9

When they are nicely browned and no longer release any juice, the dish is completely ready! Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the patties cool slightly.
- 10
Step 10

Place them on a plate or serving dish, serve with any side dish, for example boiled rice, vegetables, and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve warm. Enjoy your meal!
