Chicken fillet and zucchini cutlets without eggs
Description
Unfortunately, eggs may sometimes be contraindicated for various reasons. But that's no problem—delicious patties that never fall apart can still be made without them. Today we have chicken patties with zucchini. Juicy, tender, and very tasty. We prepare the mince using chicken fillet, zucchini, white bread roll, and onion, seasoning with salt to taste. Shape the mixture into patties and coat them in breadcrumbs before frying.
