Rabbit cutlets with zucchini
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Rabbit meat patties are tender and tasty by themselves, and the zucchini will make them even more delicate and add juiciness to the mince. This dish will appeal to both children and adults, and the patties can be served with any side dish. It's not necessary to fry the patties according to this recipe—baking them in the oven or steaming them yields equally delicious results. This way, you'll get a lighter, more diet-friendly version.
