Rabbit cutlets
Description
Rabbit meat contains many bones, so carefully cut the meat to ensure no bones end up in the patties. For juiciness, add onion and a milk-soaked bread roll.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients to make the cutlets.
- 2
Step 2

Break the loaf into pieces and pour milk over them. Let it sit for a while so the bread soaks up the milk well.
- 3
Step 3

Grind the rabbit meat through a meat grinder and turn it into minced meat.
- 4
Step 4

Next, grind the bread soaked in milk and the onion.
- 5
Step 5

Add the egg and melted butter to the bowl.
- 6
Step 6

Season with salt and spices to taste. Mix all ingredients well and beat the mixture against the bottom of the bowl to make it denser.
- 7
Step 7

Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. With wet hands, shape small patties and place them in the pan.
- 8
Step 8

Cook the patties for about 2 minutes on each side over low heat. They will turn golden brown.
- 9
Step 9

Place the finished cutlets into a pot, cover with a lid. Let them sit for a while — they will steam a little.
- 10
Step 10

Serve the ready rabbit cutlets with any side dish.
