The recipe won't take much time. I'm sure that if you've never cooked crab stick patties before, you probably think they won't taste good. I'm confident about that because I thought the same—until I made them once. They turned out very delicious, and even my husband (a staunch opponent of unusual dishes) liked them. Recipe. Serve hot.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

    Defrost the crab sticks if they were frozen, then chop them using a food processor or grinder.

    Grate the cheese on a grater.

    Mix crab sticks, cheese, eggs, and also add garlic to taste. Do not add salt, since crab sticks will be the base of the patties.
