Fish canned patties
Description
Sometimes it happens that you open the refrigerator and find only a jar of canned fish, yet your soul craves something delicious. In such moments, you need to rely on imagination and resourcefulness. If you put your mind to it, even with such limited ingredients, you can prepare wonderful homemade fish cutlets from canned fish. I've tested this simple recipe many times—these cutlets always turn out delicious, and no one ever guesses what they're made of. This recipe works with any type of fish. I've made them with sardines and mackerel, but you can use whatever you have on hand. I'm sure the cutlets will be amazing regardless.
