Cutlets from canned green peas
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Bean or potato cutlets are more familiar dishes. But making them from peas, especially canned ones, is something new. These cutlets don't require eggs; instead, the mixture holds together thanks to the potato starch. Fry the cutlets in a pan just like regular ones. Serve them hot with sauce or alongside vegetable dishes, porridge, or pasta.
