
Potato mash cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The recipe is very simple and accessible. The base of the cutlets is mashed potatoes; you can use freshly made or leftovers from yesterday's dinner. Fry the cutlets in breadcrumbs to get a crispy crust. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, place in a saucepan and boil until cooked. Mash the potatoes into a puree.

Peel the onion, finely chop it, heat a little vegetable oil, add the onion, fry until golden brown, then immediately transfer it to the puree.
