Description

This recipe won't take much time. I'm about to share with you a very simple recipe for zucchini and minced meat patties that will perfectly diversify your everyday meals. This is a wonderful dish for summer, which I prepare very often as soon as the zucchini harvest starts ripening. In general, during summer and autumn, I try to include as many vegetables in my menu as possible. Patties are no exception, and that's exactly how I came up with this recipe for zucchini and meat patties. Actually, you can add almost any vegetable to the minced meat—the taste of the patties won't suffer at all; on the contrary, it will improve and bring a new twist to a familiar dish. But I like patties with zucchini the most, because they turn out incredibly tender and juicy—so delicious it's hard to even describe. You'd better try them yourself. I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I and my family do. Serve hot.
