Zucchini and cauliflower cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The word "cutlets" immediately brings to mind meat products. Only then do we remember they can also be made from fish, various grains, or different vegetables. Of course, the concept of cutlets is much broader and more diverse. Therefore, I suggest making them from popular and readily available summer vegetables—zucchini and cauliflower. In addition to these, you could use other traditional vegetables, but I limited myself to just onion and fresh herbs so that the flavors of the main ingredients remain fully prominent in the finished dish. Besides, let's not forget this recipe is also suitable for those on a diet. Make a note of this recipe. The prepared dish is ready to be served.
