Turkey cutlets with cottage cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can serve the dish on its own or with any side dish. Fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, or pasta go well, along with sour cream or tomato sauce on the side. The patties turn out very tender and delicious, and the cottage cheese filling gives them a pleasant touch of piquancy. You can use any seasonal herbs for the filling—parsley in my case. Preparing turkey patties is quite simple, and the taste will definitely not disappoint you. Serve hot.
