Turkey cutlets with semolina
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Turkey cutlets are low in fat, turn out tender, and have a crispy crust. For a richer flavor, it's better to sauté the onion and other vegetables, but this is optional. Either way, they will taste delicious. These cutlets can also be steamed or simmered over low heat instead of fried. Serve hot.
