Turkey cutlets steamed in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Our turkey steamed cutlets are ready. We managed to cook them in a multicooker, making them exceptionally tender and soft—be sure to try! The onion cooks through very well, giving the cutlets a slightly sweet flavor. Take a look and remember: serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

To prepare turkey cutlets steamed in a multicooker, we need to take turkey fillet. Cut the meat into small pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Grind the meat in a meat grinder or blender until it turns into minced meat. I prefer homemade minced meat to store-bought. Homemade minced meat has a clearer composition and is less fatty and watery.

Step 3

Soak several pieces of white bread in milk. Mash the bread in milk by hand into a paste. Add the bread and milk mixture to the minced meat. Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil. Add the fried, cooled onion to the meat mixture for the cutlets. Add salt and spices to the meat mixture, then mix well.

Step 4

Turn on the appliance. Fill the appliance with water (according to the instructions). Shape the resulting mince into patties and place them on the multicooker's rack.
- 5
Step 5

Place the prepared cutlets on the steaming rack and put it into the multicooker. Turn on the appliance and cook the cutlets in "steam" mode for 25 minutes.

These are the cutlets I ended up with!
