Cutlets from caviar
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Treat yourself or your guests to not just fish patties, but patties made from fish roe. You can use roe from various fish; I prefer cod roe, also known as taramas. We all know that roe is pure protein, rich in vitamins, and very beneficial for the body. Cod roe is especially popular in Mediterranean cuisine—Greek taramasalata salad is particularly famous. When making roe patties, don't skimp on fresh herbs: they pair perfectly with roe, adding both color and aroma to the dish. Serve hot.
