
Cutlets made from buckwheat and cottage cheese

Buckwheat can be used to make not only a side dish and porridge, but also very tasty cutlets. Today I will tell you how.

1. If you don't have leftover buckwheat from yesterday's dinner, simply cook the grain as usual.

2. Add egg, salt, black ground pepper, paprika, and herbs to the cottage cheese to taste. Mix well. You can blend it with a blender.

3. Then add chopped herbs: parsley, green onion, and dill to the cottage cheese mixture.

4. Then add the slightly cooled buckwheat.

5. Add another one or two tablespoons of sifted flour and mix well.

6. Shape small patties from the buckwheat-cottage cheese mixture. These patties can be coated in flour or breadcrumbs. However, I preferred the patties coated in breadcrumbs.
