Pink salmon patties with bacon
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Salmon patties with pork fat are very tasty. They are quite fatty, yet retain their nutritional benefits, as salmon is not only delicious but also a healthy fish. Usually, I buy salmon whole and mince it myself, adding a bit of pork fat to make the patties more flavorful. I typically serve the fish patties without any side dish—just with fresh vegetables and a delicious homemade spicy sauce. I never use white bread. In general, I try to follow and teach my family the principles of separate eating. However, salmon patties with pork fat can certainly be served with a side dish. The perfect combination is patties with mashed potatoes. You can go crazy over how delicious it is :) Good luck! The dish is ready and can be served.
