Salmon cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Some might think that making salmon patties is excessive—you could cook salmon in other ways rather than "ruining" delicious fillets by mincing them into a filling. But I must say, these neat, small, juicy, and incredibly tender salmon patties surpass even baked fish! Moreover, we don't just fry them—we also bake them in the oven, so the fat content is minimal. Pay attention to this salmon patty recipe—I'm sure you'll love it ;) The dish is ready to be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the trout and clean it.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the cilantro.
- 3
Step 3

Mix the spices, egg, minced onion, herbs, and finely chopped garlic with the trout passed through a meat grinder.
- 4
Step 4

Soak the bun in milk. Also add it to the minced meat.
- 5
Step 5

Carefully shape the patties. Roll them in breadcrumbs.
- 6
Step 6

First, sauté in a small amount of oil, then transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 220°C. However, you can skip this step and simply pan-fry the patties until fully cooked. Still, the baked ones are much tastier. Ready! Serve salmon patties with a side dish or on their own.
