Cottage cheese cutlets with semolina
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I suggest you make cutlets from minced meat and semolina. Cutlets prepared according to this recipe turn out fluffy, soft, and very tasty. In our family, these minced meat and semolina cutlets are especially loved by children—probably because they (the cutlets, not the children) are amazingly tender and "airy." Cooking is complete. The finished dish can be served.

4. Shape the mixture into patties, then fry them on both sides in vegetable oil. Once the patties are browned on both sides, pour water into the pan until it reaches halfway up the patties. Add bay leaf, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer for about 7 minutes, allowing the semolina to swell and the patties to become fluffy.
