Meatballs from minced meat for children
Description
Cutlets for children differ in that they don't include spicy seasonings, garlic, or hot pepper. They are made from turkey, chicken, or rabbit mince. Otherwise, everything remains quite traditional. In this recipe, I've added zucchini to the mince, which softens the flavor and adds juiciness. I didn't add egg—the cutlets hold their shape well and don't fall apart. They can be baked in the oven, cooked in a steamer, or pan-fried.
