
Baked cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Any minced meat can be used for making the cutlets. Even beef cutlets turn out tender and very tasty. The zucchini is not noticeable in the cutlets; it's added for juiciness. And thanks to baking, the dish turns out not only incredibly delicious but also maximally healthy and diet-friendly. These cutlets will look great both at a family lunch and a festive table. The ready dish can be served.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl.

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, lightly salt, and let sit for 5–10 minutes. Then squeeze thoroughly by hand to remove the released juice and add to the bowl with the meat mixture.

Add here the onion grated on a coarse grater.

Dissolve the starch in water and add it to the mince. Add oil, semolina, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Form the patties and place them in a greased baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Then brush the cutlets with a mixture of sour cream, ketchup, and salt, and cook for another 15 minutes.
