Broccoli cutlets
Description
This recipe won't take much time. If your family refuses to eat this delicious and extremely healthy cabbage, be crafty and prepare broccoli patties using this simple recipe. I'm sure not a single crumb will be left. In our family, even the kids devour them with great pleasure, although they normally won't touch broccoli at all. Broccoli's texture makes it perfect for forming patties—they turn out very filling and rich in flavor. In short, try them once and you'll definitely want to make them again and again. Broccoli patties recipe: 1. Peel the onion, chop finely, and sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat. 2. While the onion is frying, wash the broccoli and separate it into florets. 3. Add the broccoli to the onion and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes. 4. Transfer the mixture from the pan into a blender. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, and blend until smooth. 5. Grate the cheese and mix it into the patty mixture. 6. Add flour gradually, mixing well. The mixture should not become too thick. 7. Shape into small patties and coat each in breadcrumbs. 8. Fry in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. If you prefer not to eat fried food, you can lightly sear the patties and then finish cooking them in the oven. Alternatively, you can steam the broccoli patties—this would be the ultimate healthy option. Serve hot.
