Lamb and beef cutlets
Description
We will prepare lamb and beef cutlets baked in the oven with a vegetable sauce. First, make the minced meat mixture using meat, bread soaked in milk, onion, and potato, all passed through a meat grinder. Add an egg and spices, knead the mixture, then shape into cutlets. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray with butter, and bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 50 minutes. While the cutlets are cooking, chop the vegetables for the sauce, sauté and simmer them in a pan with tomato paste, spices, and a small amount of water. Once the cutlets are ready, pour the sauce over them, let them simmer in the oven for another 10 minutes, then serve.
