Lamb meatballs
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Unlike most home cooks, when I make meatballs, I rarely add bread, eggs, or anything like that—I don't like diluting the meat. This simple lamb meatball recipe is no exception, as we'll be using only fragrant spices and garlic. Although the ingredient list is short, the resulting meatballs are truly excellent, with absolutely nothing superfluous. So if you'd like to prepare juicy, tender, and incredibly delicious meatballs for dinner, I'm happy to share my experience and show you how to make lamb meatballs. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

So, first of all, we need to prepare the minced meat. I usually take fresh meat, trim off excess fat, and mince the lamb twice through a meat grinder.
- 2
Step 2

Add two tablespoons of paprika to the minced meat; this will give the patties not only aroma but also a pleasant color.
- 3
Step 3

Also season the lamb with garlic powder and oregano, and add chili powder, salt, and black ground pepper to taste.
- 4
Step 4

I also add a spoonful of Worcestershire sauce, it goes perfectly with this meat.
- 5
Step 5

Add the minced garlic to the bowl with the minced meat as well.
- 6
Step 6

Thoroughly knead and lightly pound the meat mixture to make it fluffier.
- 7
Step 7

Form small patties from the minced meat and place them on a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
- 8
Step 8

Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown, then cover the pan with a lid and simmer the patties over low heat for a little longer. After that, they are ready to be served. By the way, they go well with absolutely any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
