Hedgehog Meatballs

Description

Preparation: Mix the ground meat with a raw egg, chopped parsley, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Take a peeled boiled egg and wrap it in the meat mixture to form a patty. Repeat with the remaining eggs and meat. Place the patties on an oiled baking sheet. Make eyes for the hedgehogs using black peppercorns and attach spaghetti "spines." Bake in the oven until the spaghetti turns golden brown.
