Cutlets

Description

The recipe won't take much time. These patties belong to Belarusian cuisine and are originally called "paparać kvietka," which translates as "fern flower." It's better to freeze the butter beforehand to make it easier to grate. While shaping the patties, moisten your hands with water—it will make the process easier. The oil in the pan should be 2–3 cm deep; ideally, fry them in deep oil. Serve hot.
