Cutlets with two types of onions
Description
The recipe won't take much time. "Pempek" cutlets with two types of onion are a national dish of Indonesia. The fish mince contains a large amount of flour, making the cutlets resemble fried fish dumplings. Traditionally, fish skin should be added to the recipe, which gives it a unique flavor. However, I've slightly modified the recipe, and today I'll share my version. Serve hot.
