
Salmon and spinach steamed cutlets
Description
Finely chop the salmon fillet and mince the herbs. Add a white wheat bun soaked in soy sauce. Thoroughly mix the mixture and shape into small meatball-like patties. You can also add cottage cheese to the mixture. Steam for 10 minutes. Do not overcook the salmon, otherwise it will become tough.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the herbs and dry them. Dry the salmon fillet. Rinse the rice several times until the water becomes clear. Pour in 2 cups of cold, slightly salted water. Cook in "Grain" mode for 25 minutes.

Finely chop the fish fillet, as you would for minced cutlets. Finely chop the herbs, crumble the bun, and soak it in soy sauce.
