Salmon cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I really love salmon in any form, but I never even thought of making cutlets from it—what a mistake! Besides being delicious, they are also very nutritious. Moreover, I use salmon with skin and ribs, which helps retain calcium and vitamin D in full. You just need to grind the salmon thoroughly so that the bones become unnoticeable in the cutlets. The finished dish can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the red pepper in half of the olive oil for 2 minutes, then drain well.
- 2
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the fish mince (ground in a meat grinder together with the bones), sweet pepper, green onion, egg, oat flakes, and spices.

Step 3
Form small balls and place them on a plate. Put the patties in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so the balls hold together better.

Step 4
Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the patties for about 2 minutes on each side. Then, without removing the patties from the skillet, reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for several minutes until all the liquid has evaporated.

Step 5
I love serving these cutlets with a salad or stewed vegetables!
