Chicken breast cutlets
Description
You can fry the cutlets in a pan or bake them in the oven. If desired, you can mince the chicken breast through a meat grinder for a uniform consistency, or you can chop it into small cubes. The cutlets are delicious either cold or hot and go well with various side dishes.
