Cutlet
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A tasty patty wrapped in a soft egg coating isn't quite simple to make, but after preparing a few patties, it will start going very quickly. If you're afraid to do it in the frying pan, transfer the omelet onto a flat surface and roll it there. You can add your favorite spices or herbs to the meat mixture and the egg mixture. Be sure to properly preheat the frying pan so that the omelet doesn't stick. Do not whisk the eggs vigorously—just mix them until uniform. Serve hot.
