Description

The recipe won't take much time. In poor families, kosoviki were traditionally made with sugar—that's the recipe I'll show you today. In wealthier households, kosoviki were baked with mushrooms, berries, or cottage cheese. The dough can be yeast-based, but the key is to roll it as thin as possible and shape the pastries nicely. So, see how to bake kosoviki. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
