Description

Perfect with tea and coffee. Making puff pastry baskets with whipped cream won’t take much time. You can let the dough thaw overnight, and while the shells bake, make the cream. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients. Thaw the puff pastry, let it come to room temperature. Place the cream in the refrigerator to chill.

    Prepare the work surface. If your dough is in a roll, roll out the roll and leave it on a slate. If the dough is in sheets, make a few light rolls in one direction, do not roll it out too much. Take a basket mold and press it lightly. Cut the dough into squares.
