
Tartlets with marshmallow cream
Description
The recipe will not take much time. When preparing the cream, pay attention to the whipping stage. It is important to pour the heated jam with sugar and gelatin into the egg whites in a thin stream, without stopping the whipping. The whipping time may depend both on the quality of the eggs and on the power of the mixer. You should judge by the consistency of the cream. As soon as whisk marks begin to remain on the surface and hold their shape, you should stop. Only well-whipped cream will hold its shape after chilling. The baking is ready. Serve it to the table.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

To make the pastries, start with the tart shells. Put soft butter in a bowl. Add sugar. Mash lightly with a fork.
