Pumpkin and cottage cheese baskets
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Prepare the pumpkin puree in advance: peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes, place in a preheated oven and bake until soft. Then mash until smooth. It's best to squeeze it through cheesecloth to remove excess liquid. You can add any spices you like to the puree to make the dessert more aromatic. Knead the dough about 1 hour before baking so it has time to "rest" in the refrigerator. If you have time and desire, you can decorate the tartlets with additional designs. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
