Description

Delicious pastries for the whole family. These little baskets are very tasty and, most importantly, healthy, as they contain little oil and no traditional cream. This treat will surely delight you and your guests, making a perfect addition to any tea time. You can also add chopped dried apricots or other dried fruits to taste. Serve with tea or coffee.

    For the dough. Mix the powdered sugar with softened butter, then add the egg and 3/4 of the flour, and knead the dough. Gradually add the remaining flour until you get a soft dough (you may not need all the remaining flour). Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Then roll out the dough and cut it into circles, placing them into molds and pricking the dough several times with a fork. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Bake the tartlets for 10 minutes.

    Grind the nuts in a blender: almonds into fine crumbs, and walnuts into coarse crumbs. Put everything into one bowl together with the powdered sugar.

    Beat the eggs slightly and add to the nuts, mix well. Place the prepared mixture into the cups, decorate the top with whole nuts, and bake for another 12 minutes.
