
Chocolate ganache and berry tarts
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Want an unusual sweet dessert? Try making tartlets with chocolate cream and berries. The most tedious and challenging part is baking the pastry shells. To make them perfectly even, there's a small secret I'll share later. Chocolate ganache pairs wonderfully with berries and fruits. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. First, we need to prepare the dough for baking tartlets. Start by sifting the flour, then add salt and sugar, and mix well. After that, add the butter and cut it into the flour with a knife until a crumbly texture forms. Add the egg and quickly knead the dough.

2. Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for one hour. Meanwhile, heat the cream and add the chocolate, then stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla at the end. Mix well with a whisk. Melt it and keep it warm. Meanwhile, remove the dough and divide it into equal parts. The specified amount yields 12 balls.

3. Place the dough into muffin tins (baking molds), but first line them with foil. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. After that, place peas or beans on top of the dough to prevent it from changing shape during baking.

4. Bake the tartlets until golden brown, then leave them for a while to cool. Remove them from the molds and let them cool completely.

5. Pour the ganache into the shells and top with berries or fruits of your choice.
