Royal biscuits

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place 16 paper baking cups or 16 baking molds on a baking sheet. Cream together the butter and sugar. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the flour and stir in the raisins. Fill the molds and bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. The raisins can also be replaced with 50 g of chopped dates, 50 g of chopped cherries, or 50 g of chopped chocolate. Serve cooled.
