
Royal Cheese Bun in the Multicooker
Description
It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. A layer of delicate soufflé between two crumbly layers is what we call the "Royal Vatroushka". This "title" wasn't given to the cake for nothing; it really is wonderful and, most importantly, everyone can make it successfully. Use low‑fat cottage cheese for the filling, since the dough already contains a lot of butter The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the dough for a vatroushka. Sift the flour into a bowl.

Add cold butter, which should be grated.

Add 100 grams of sugar, as well as the leavening agent.

Mix the flour with butter, sugar, and leavening agent until it reaches a crumbly consistency. It's easier to do this with a mixer.

Prepare the filling for the pie. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and add an egg.
