Pancakes on the stove
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. These pancakes are very easy and simple to make on a skillet. I call such recipes "quick fixes." The dough comes together in no time—just mix eggs with sugar, add sour cream and melted butter, stir in the dry ingredients, knead, and the dough is ready! Frying the pancakes takes from 10 to 20 minutes, depending on whether you prefer thin or thick ones. Thicker pancakes take longer to cook, but you'll get more thin ones. In short, try making them yourself and share your feedback. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Add sugar to the eggs.
- 2
Step 2

Beat well with a mixer until a uniform fluffy mass is obtained.
- 3
Step 3

Add the sour cream and mix. Then gradually add the flour and baking powder, pour in the melted butter. Mix everything gently. Do this briefly to prevent the dough from deflating.
- 4
Step 4

Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil and pour the batter onto it.
- 5
Step 5

Bake the dough on the lowest heat under a lid until a golden crust forms.
- 6
Step 6

Then turn the cake over and bake it on the other side.
- 7
Step 7

Our little cake is ready! Do the same with the other two cakes. Serve the little cakes with tea, honey, or jam.
