Cake layer for cakes

Description

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add oil and mix until crumbly. Pour in a little cold water, stir with a fork, and form into a ball. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Place the dough onto a greased pan. Cover with foil and prick several holes. Bake at 200 degrees for about 10–15 minutes.
