Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Sweet chips? Why not! If guests drop by unexpectedly or you’re in the mood for something unusual, and you have lavash and a little sugar at home, you can make crispy sweet chips for tea or ice cream in just minutes. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.

2. Using a pastry brush, brush the lavash flatbreads with melted butter.

3. Sprinkle the lavash with the sugar mixture on top.

4. Flip the flatbreads and repeat the same on the other side of the lavash.

5. Place the lavash on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven on the highest setting for 15–17 minutes.
