Brown pie
Description
This bake is straightforward and fast. Classic brownies rely on dark bittersweet chocolate, but today I’m offering a thriftier twist without chocolate—using Dutch-process or dark cocoa powder. Flavour-wise it’s just as good: incredibly soft and tender, with a rich sweet-chocolate depth. Worth a try—it’ll quickly become one of your go-to desserts.
