Korean Street Sandwich with Fresh Vegetables
Description
This recipe won't take much time. The sandwich should definitely be tall, with several layers. Often the omelet is fried together with finely chopped carrot and cabbage, and ketchup is added to the sauce. Experiment with vegetables to your taste, but don't add too many tomatoes, otherwise the toast bread will quickly get soggy. It can be served warm or chilled.
