
Pork loin with bone in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pork loin will become the centerpiece of any table. It can be served with various side dishes (vegetables, grains, potatoes in any form). In this recipe, we use orange, which gives the pork a special, distinctive flavor. The glaze made from honey and paprika creates a shiny, golden-brown crust. 1. Wash the marjoram, dry it with a paper towel, pick off the leaves, place them in a mortar, add salt and pepper, grind in the mortar (or use a blender), then add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and peeled garlic. Mix well.

2. Thoroughly wash the meat and pat dry with paper towels, make cuts along the bone but not all the way through, and clean the bones.

3. Place the meat in a bowl, pour the prepared marinade over it, rub it in from all sides, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4. After the required time, remove the meat and transfer it into a roasting bag. Wash the orange, squeeze its juice, and pour it into the bag with the meat. Seal the bag tightly, shake it, and place it on a baking sheet. Put the meat into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.

5. For the glaze, mix lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, honey, and paprika in a bowl. After 60 minutes, take out the meat and untie the bag. Carefully brush the meat with the glaze and place it in the oven for 15 minutes without closing the bag. Then take it out and brush again, returning it to the oven. Repeat this process three times in total.

6. Remove the cooked meat from the oven and serve. Enjoy the aroma and flavor of the pork loin.
