
Pork loin on the grill
Description
One summer, I happened to get my hands on a great piece of pork rack. By that time, I was already tired of shashlik and wanted to cook the meat in a different way. That's when a recipe for grilled pork rack, found in some cookbook, came to my rescue. I took the recipe and tweaked it a bit to my own taste—turned out delicious. So I'm happy to share and show you how to grill pork rack to make it fantastically tender (and there are a few secrets you need to know for that). Read on and take note ;)

Step 1

In a deep bowl, mix salt, honey, and vinegar. Add one cup of cold water. Cut the pork loin into steaks no thicker than 1 cm and place them into the marinade.

Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours.

Take the meat out of the marinade. Pat it dry with paper towels.

Mix the soy sauce and spices. Brush the meat with the resulting marinade.

Place on the grill and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side.

Cover the seared steaks with foil and let them rest for 10 minutes to finish cooking, then serve.

The grilled pork loin is ready.
