Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. The eggplant and peppers are not fried but baked in the oven. Step 1

Wash the vegetables. Peel the garlic; remove the stems from the eggplants and peppers.

Cut the eggplants in half. Pierce the vegetables with a fork. Place in the oven to bake at 200°C for 30–40 minutes.

Make a cross-shaped cut on the top of the tomatoes, dip them in boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then remove the skin.

Remove the skin from the roasted vegetables and remove the seeds from the pepper. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and blend with a blender. You can also simply chop everything finely so that pieces of vegetables remain noticeable.
