Smoked Chicken Wings
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Since wings have little meat, they cook fairly quickly. For smoked wings, I'd like to share one more secret with you: add literally one spruce branch and the aroma will be simply delightful and unforgettable. The dish can be served as an appetizer or a main course—it all depends on how you present it. See the recipe. Serve with fresh herbs and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, rinse the wings and pat them dry. Marinate for a couple of hours in a mixture of liquid smoke, olive oil, and spices (be sure to add nutmeg). Then place them on the smoker or air fryer rack.

Step 2

You can also smoke them in the oven, but an air fryer works better. Set medium speed, temperature 235°C, and cook for 20–25 minutes. While cooking, brush them with marinade so the wings don’t dry out.

Step 3

Open the lid and let it cool. Serve with garlic sauce or fresh vegetables.
