Smoked sausages with cheese

Description

The dish is easy to prepare. Make a lengthwise cut in the sausages with a sharp knife. Cut the cheese into small sticks. Insert the cheese sticks into the sausage slits, placing herbs on top of the cheese. Wrap each sausage with a thin strip of bacon. Cook until the cheese melts. The sausages can be grilled on a barbecue pan, on a grill over coals, or baked in the oven. Serve the finished dish immediately.
