Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Although we won't actually be smoking anything, with this simple recipe for smoked chicken in a multicooker, we'll get truly delicious and aromatic meat. I usually make it when I don't feel like spending a long time in the kitchen, but my soul craves something special. Then all I need for an amazing dinner is any part of chicken and a bit of liquid smoke—combining these two ingredients gives us incredibly tender meat that tastes just like smoked. So if you want to surprise your family with an interesting dish, make them this smoked chicken in a multicooker at home. Believe me, they'll be delighted. 1) As I've already mentioned, you can use any part of the chicken in this recipe. This time I used chicken fillets. Rinse the meat under running water and dry it thoroughly with paper towels. 2) Next, pour liquid smoke into a deep bowl, add any spices you like and a little salt. Place the chicken into this mixture, stir well, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. 3) After marinating, wrap the fillets in three layers of foil and place them into the multicooker pot. Select the "Baking" mode and cook the chicken for about 30 minutes. While the meat is cooking, you can prepare a side dish to serve everything hot together. Enjoy your meal! The dish is ready to be served.
